We do not allow refunds unless the order cannot be rectified or an amicable solution isn’t able to be reached.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and it must have a defect in fabric or be made incorrectly. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bangkokfashioncenter.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email informing you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return shipping expenses will be paid by the customer including all taxes charged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items cannot be refunded but can be returned to be rectified if there is a defect or is the wrong size. We encourage all minor alterations be done at the home and at the cost of the customer as all items are made bespoke for each customer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We will always work to an amicable solution to make sure you are satisfied.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. An exchange can only be requested if an item(s) is damaged or defected upon receipt or if an item(s) is unable to be worn or rectified. This will be at our discretion and all exchanges will be evaluated upon request however the final decision will be made by us on whether an item can be exchanged or not. We will work towards and amicable solution to solve any problems you have with your order.
Refunds
There is a strict NO REFUND policy as all items are bespoke and custom made to individual sizes and specifications.
We will work with you to come up with a solution for your problem be it a defect or sizing issues. A refund is ONLY valid if the items are damaged upon receipt of the goods or an item is missing from your order. Please send us an email to request a refund and inspect your problem. We will evaluate and take other steps to rectify the issue before we approve or disapprove a refund request.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
